HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE?
It Depends. Most merchandise takes four to six weeks to process and ship once the order is received.
DO YOU OFFER WHITE GLOVE SERVICE?
Yes, we do on large pieces for an additional fee.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes & No. Only if an item is damaged upon arrival will we accept it back.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If you receive your order and it’s damaged simply call or email us within 30 days of recieving your item and we will be happy to send you a replacement once we receive the damaged merchandise.

Pink Door Décor LLC provides all shipping free of charge in the U.S. only, with the exception of our White Glove Service which is an additional $100.00.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS THERE IS A PRICING ERROR?
Pink Door Decor reserves the right to cancel your order should we discover a typographical pricing error has occured. We will notify you immediately of the error to determine whether to move forward with adding the additional charges to your card for the order or to immediately refunded the incorrect amount.
